UBC Faculty of Law. Personal Injury Course.
Marc Kazimirski is an adjunct professor at the UBC faculty of law and is teaching the advanced seminar course: 435C.001 Topics in Tort Law: Personal Injury Law. This is one of the first and only personal injury courses at a Canadian law school.
The course objective is to give students a thorough understanding of personal injury claims, to engage students in reading the relevant case law and drafting legal arguments to advance the interests of their client, and to develop the advocacy skills required in personal injury claims.

Course Schedule
The course is set for the second semester on Mondays from 5-8 pm in Room 105 at UBC Faculty of Law Allard Hall.
Please be advised that we have extended the enrollment from 20 to 40 seats due to demand. Students should contact Marc if they have any questions or concerns regarding the course.
Assignments
Weekly Reflections on Lectures:
Students are required to submit, via email, their reflections on each week's lecture (e.g. their thoughts on the class, relevant other areas of law, etc). The deadline for each reflection is Friday at 4pm.
