Marc Kazimirski
Founder & Managing Partner
Marc is the founding partner of KazLaw in Vancouver, British Columbia. The entirety of his practice is devoted to representing injured individuals. This consists of a wide range of cases involving chronic pain, orthopedic and traumatic brain injuries, and psychological injuries, resulting from all types of accidents.
Marc has been counsel on some of the largest personal injury cases in British Columbia. He is very active in the legal community and is the past President of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. Marc has lectured and chaired TLABC and CLE seminars on personal injury damages, trial advocacy, cross examination, expert evidence, and the New (Civil) Rules. Marc is an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Law and is teaching one of the first personal injury courses to be available at a Canadian law school.
Outside of law, Marc is an avid cyclist and was on the Canadian National Cycling Team. He is also passionate about skiing and coached the provincial ski team. Marc enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle, who is also a lawyer, and their two wonderful children (Marc takes great pride in coaching his daughter’s hockey team!).
